THE NEW CUSTOMER CONTACTS THE KIOSK OPERATOR AND A GOVERNMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO INFORM THEM OF THE FRAUDULENT NATURE OF THE TRANSACTION(S) WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE LAST TRANSACTION TO OCCUR DURING THE 30 DAY “NEW” CUSTOMER PERIOD. \n \nIf the customer is not a “new” customer, the customer must contact the kiosk operator and a government or law enforcement agency within 90 days of the fraudulent transaction to request the refund. \n \n**Timing of Refund:** The cryptocurrency kiosk operator must provide the full refund no later than 72 hours after the new customer has contacted the operator or owner. The operator or owner may ask for confirmation that the new customer has filed a report to a government or law enforcement agency that the transaction was fraudulent. \n \nA “new customer” means a consumer transacting at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in the State of Rhode Island who has never previously transacted with the kiosk operator. The customer is considered a “new” customer for the 30 days following the first financial transaction with the kiosk operator.",
