Platforms can now list assets that may not be tradable in all jurisdictions. For example, assets restricted in New York can now be offered in other states where those assets are permitted.

How to Determine NY Availability on CLOB Instruments

Call GET /assets endpoint

• ny_allowed= true : CLOB instruments are available for trading to NY participants
• ny_allowed = false : CLOB instruments are NOT available for trading to NY participants

Example FIX Rejection

If a NY-based user attempts to place an order on an asset not available for trading in NY, the following error will occur:
