Summary
Platforms can now fund their various USD accounts for the following products, via the RTP (Real Time Payments) Network:

| Buy/Sell | Fund a float account for subsequent customer buys |
| Payins | Fund a refund float account for subsequent shopper refunds |
| Payouts | Fund a float account for subsequent payout transactions |
| On and Off Ramp | Fund a float account for subsequent on ramp transactions |
| Remittances | Fund a float account for subsequent remittance transactions |
How it works
When initiating an RTP transfer to fund your account with zerohash, please ensure the remittance information field (also known as "memo" or "remittance note") is populated with your unique platform_code, hyphonated with the word "FLOAT". For example, PLAT01-FLOAT (PLAT01 is a hypothetical participant_code for the Platform).
This ensures funds are correctly and automatically applied to your account. Please note that the very first deposit sent from a unique account and routing number combination will need to be manually credited to your account and mapped to your participant_code, however subsequent ones are automatically and immediately applied.
Note: Most banking portals or APIs label this field as:
- "Memo"
- "Message to Recipient"
- "Remittance Info"
- "Note"
- "Addenda"
If you don’t see this field or are unsure where to enter this info, please contact your bank’s support team for help with RTP formatting.
Getting Started
zerohash supports RTP through select banking partners only. Please consult your zerohash representative to confirm that RTP is enabled for the specific bank account selected for your integration.
