How does Zero Hash protect my personal information?

We have implemented measures designed to help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security with respect to your personal information. Whitelist digital asset wallets

Affiliates from using your information to market to you

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Zero Hash LLC
Zero Hash Liquidity Services LLC

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Zero Hash shares information with nonaffiliates for the purposes of meeting its Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities under federal law. Zero Hash and its affiliates may also share personal information with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Zero Hash has no-joint marketing agreements in place.
