Restricted Business Activities

Zero Hash Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “Zero Hash”) provide certain digital asset services (the “Services”) to its end user customers and platform customers (referred to as “you” or “your”) pursuant to the applicable agreement between you and the particular Zero Hash affiliate (“Agreement”). If your Agreement incorporates this Restricted Business Activity List by reference, then must comply with this Restricted Business Activity List at all times when using the Services.

If you are platform customer or an end user customer that is an entity (in other words, a non-natural person such as a corporation), then you shall not use the Services or otherwise use your Zero Hash account in connection with any of the following businesses, activities, or practices:

Restricted Financial Services. Check cashing, bail bonds, or collections agencies, and unlicensed regulated activities, including unlawful lending, depository, money transmission, securities, commodities, and yield generating activities.
Intellectual Property or Proprietary Rights Infringement. Sales, distribution, or access to counterfeit music, movies, software, or other licensed materials without the appropriate authorization from the rights holder.
Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods. Unauthorized sale or resale of: (i) brand name or designer products or services or counterfeit products or services that are falsely represented as brand name or designer; or (ii) goods or services that are illegally imported or exported or which are stolen.
Regulated Products and Services. Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses; sales of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid; online prescription or pharmaceutical services; age-restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives; fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials; products and services with varying legal status on a state-by-state basis.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Sales of narcotics, controlled substances, and any equipment designed for making or using drugs, such as bongs, vaporizers, and hookahs.
Pseudo-Pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceuticals and other products that make health claims that have not been approved or verified by the applicable local and/or national regulatory body.
Substances Designed to Mimic Illegal Drugs. Sales of a legal substance that provides the same effect as an illegal drug (e.g., salvia, kratom, etc.).
Adult Content and Services. Pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, imagery and other media); sites offering any sexually-related services such as prostitution, escorts, pay-per view, or adult live chat features.
Multi-level Marketing. Pyramid schemes, network marketing, and referral marketing programs.
Unfair, Predatory or Deceptive Practices. Investment opportunities or other services that promise high rewards; sale or resale of a service without added benefit to the buyer; resale of government offerings without authorization or added value; sites that Zero Hash determines in its sole discretion to be unfair, deceptive, or predatory towards consumers.
Gambling Services. Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making; internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; games of chance.
Weapons Manufacturers or Vendors. Arms dealing; weapons manufacturing or distributing; gunpowder and other explosives.
Certain Money Services. Gift cards; prepaid cards; sale of in-game currency unless the merchant is the operator of the virtual world; act as a payment intermediary or aggregator or otherwise resell any of the Services.
High-Risk Businesses. Any activities that Zero Hash determines in its sole discretion pose an elevated financial risk or legal liability, including certain centralized lending or rehypothecation activities utilizing or leveraging decentralized finance protocols.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have commercially reasonable policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with this Restricted Business Activities List.
