Zero Hash Brand Guidelines
These Zero Hash Brand Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the use of the logo and trademark (“Brand”) owned by Zero Hash Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “Zero Hash”) by the platform contracted with Zero Hash (“Platform”) pursuant to the applicable agreement between Zero Hash and the Platform to provide the Zero Hash services to the Platform’s end users.
Zero Hash reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to conduct an audit of all marketing material, e.g., advertisements, social media posts, websites or webpages, apps, displays, etc. (“Marketing Material”), promulgated, distributed, or posted by the Platform in any way that incorporates the Zero Hash Brand to ensure the Platform’s compliance with these Guidelines. The Platform will: (i) comply with these Guidelines at all times when using the Zero Hash Brand in any Marketing Material; (ii) immediately revise any non-compliant Marketing Material to comply with these Guidelines and cease using such Marketing Material until it is in full compliance; and (iii) cooperate with Zero Hash during any audit and provide the necessary documentation and information as requested.
A Platform’s use of the Zero Hash Brand in any Marketing Material must conform to the following Brand Guidelines:
