Zero Hash Crypto Payouts Service Terms

If you are electronically agreeing to these Zero Hash Crypto Payouts Service Terms (these “Terms”), whether through some form of clickwrap, clickthrough, or check of a button, then you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety when using the Payout Services (defined below).

By agreeing to these Terms, you are instructing the third-party application through which you are accessing or using the payout services (the “Third-Party Application”) to instruct Zero Hash LLC (“Zero Hash”) to send a specific amount of cryptocurrency (the “Crypto Payout Amount”) to a third-party recipient (the “Beneficiary”) as satisfaction of a payment obligation, donation, or other fiat currency amount either owed by you to the Beneficiary or that you otherwise wish to send to the Beneficiary (the “Fiat Payout Amount”) (collectively the “Payout Services”). As used in these Terms, a “Payout Transaction” refers to each time a Fiat Payout Amount is sent to Zero Hash for the purpose of Zero Hash sending a Crypto Payout Amount to a Beneficiary.

By agreeing to these Terms and using the Payout Services, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that when Zero Hash sends the Crypto Payout Amount to the Beneficiary on your behalf: (i) the Third-Party Application will debit the Fiat Payout Amount from your account held at the Third-Party Application (or otherwise collect the Fiat Payout Amount directly from you) necessary to complete the Payout Transaction; (ii) the Third-Party Application will then send the Fiat Payout Amount to Zero Hash; and (iii) upon Zero Hash’s receipt of the Fiat Payout Amount, Zero Hash will send the Crypto Payout Amount to the external blockchain wallet address selected by the Beneficiary (an “Address”) to complete the Payout Transaction.

You further acknowledge, understand, and agree: (i) that Zero Hash is sending the each Crypto Payout Amount based on the cryptocurrency’s market price at the time of the Payout Transaction, less all relevant fees; (ii) that Zero Hash is not responsible for, and does not guarantee, the market price of any cryptocurrency; (iii) to be responsible for handling all claims and disputes from Beneficiaries regarding Payout Transactions, including, but not limited to, claims regarding erroneous Payout Transactions, Fiat Payout Amounts, or Crypto Payout Amounts, timely payments, etc.; (iv) to be responsible for handling all claims and disputes from Beneficiaries regarding the particular good or service that the Beneficiary provided you that gave rise to the Payout Transaction (if applicable); (v) that Zero Hash is not responsible for or liable in any way whatsoever for any claim, dispute, or liability related to the particular good or service provided to you by a Beneficiary, or otherwise related to the particular reason as to why you engaged in the Payout Transaction; (vi) Payout Transactions are processed on-chain and may not be canceled or reversed once the cryptocurrency is transferred outside the control of Zero Hash (in other words, once the Crypto Payout Amount has been sent on-chain to the Beneficiary’s Address); (vii) if you have the ability to view the Beneficiary’s Address to which Zero Hash will send Crypto Payout Amounts to prior to each Payout Transaction being completed, then you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the Payout Transaction details for the selected cryptocurrency for on-chain delivery and reviewing the Beneficiary’s Address to ensure that it is correct; and (viii) fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of money with no recourse.
