Summary
POST /participants/entity/new now supports EU-based businesses (non-natural persons) alongside US entities, through the same endpoint. Submit jurisdiction_code to route a payload to EU processing; EU businesses use the EU request variants, each with its own required-field set.
EU entity submissions capture the additional identity information required under MiCA/AMLR — including a chamber of commerce number, LEI, business activity locations, expected annual volume, source of funds, ownership-structure attestations, and at least one board member (a distinct person type from control persons and beneficial owners). EU entities also submit an EU-specific document set: LEI certificate, chamber of commerce excerpt, annual accounts, power of authorization, and — for complex ownership structures — a legal opinion.
EU entity onboarding is enabled per platform. To turn it on, set your compliance_countries and reach out to your zerohash representative.
