When platforms terminate a customer, they may alert Zero Hash through this endpoint.
Locking a customer
Sending a request to this endpoint will lock the user so the Zero Hash compliance team can conduct investigations.
Platforms will not be able to update the participant status once the participant is locked, the Zero Hash compliance team must take action and will potentially request supporting evidence from the platform.
