KYC Support: Unable to Sign Up/Rejected
These FAQs are intended to assist customers that have encountered difficulties completing an account opening with Zero Hash.
There may be several reasons why you were unable to open an account with us. Common reasons for account opening errors include, but are not limited to:
- Our system was unable to verify your identity with the registration information you provided.
- The registration information you provided suggests you live in a country, state, or jurisdiction where we are unable to provide our services.
- Your email address or other account details are already associated with an existing Zero Hash account.
- Our system identified incongruent, inconsistent, or erroneous details in the registration information you provided.
- The documents provided to verify your identity are either not current or cannot be confirmed as valid and original.
- There were connection errors or alerts during the registration process or you may have been using an unsupported browser, virtual private network (VPN), or other privacy enhancement that limits our ability to verify your identity or account details.
- If you are under 18 years old, you may not meet the age requirements for verification.
Please review your application to be sure it includes only accurate and current information, and ensure you are using a supported browser and disabled any unsupported VPN or similar technology. These measures are in place to help verify your identity consistent with Zero Hash’s obligations under applicable law, including the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act, as amended, and its implementing regulations.
Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide specific details about individual applications or the exact reasons for a rejection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with any additional questions.
