Generating Platform Deposit Addresses

In order to make cryptocurrency deposits on behalf of your platform, you'll need to first request a deposit address to be generated and mapped to your platform's account in Zero Hash.

Below are the steps to retrieve your platform's deposit address in our portal:

• Log in to portal.zerohash.com
• In the black ribbon across the top, hover over the Participants section, and select Deposits from the dropdown
• Select the asset you'd like to deposit to your platform account in Zero Hash
• Read the Warning, and tick the box acknowledging that you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency deposits
• Click 'Show Deposit Address'
• Copy and Paste the displayed address to avoid loss of funds related to keystroke errors

Note: Should you go through this flow multiple times, the deposit address shown will only differ if your platform is configured to have multiple deposit addresses for each digital asset. If not explicitly defined otherwise, the cap for deposit addresses is 1 by default. This means that the deposit address shown by going through this flow will be the same every time.
