RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All transactions are final.

You are responsible for reviewing the provided receipt for accuracy and for notifying Zero Hash LLC of any suspected errors via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction.
REFUND POLICY

The cryptocurrency kiosk operator or owner shall issue a full refund for a fraudulent cryptocurrency transaction or transactions, including any fees charged in association with the transaction, if the following elements are met by the new customer:

A. THE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION OCCURRED NOT LATER THAN 72 HOURS AFTER THE NEW CUSTOMER REGISTERED AS A CUSTOMER OF THE CRYPTOCURRENCY KIOSK OWNER OR OPERATOR
B. THE CUSTOMER CONTACTS THE CRYPTOCURRENCY KIOSK OWNER OR OPERATOR NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE LAST FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION THAT OCCURRED DURING THAT 72 HOUR TIMEFRAME
C. THE NEW CUSTOMER CONTACTS THE KIOSK LOCATION AND A GOVERNMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO INFORM THEM OF THE FRAUDULENT NATURE OF THE TRANSACTION(S)
D. THE CUSTOMER FILES A REPORT WITH A GOVERNMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY MEMORIALIZING THE FRAUDULENT NATURE OF THE TRANSACTION(S)

Timing of Refund:  The cryptocurrency kiosk operator must provide the full refund no later than 72 hours after the new customer has contacted the operator or owner.  The operator or owner may ask for confirmation that the new customer has filed a report to a government or law enforcement agency that the transaction was fraudulent.

A “new customer” means a consumer transacting at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in the State of Connecticut who has performed fewer than three virtual currency transactions with the owner or operator of such virtual currency kiosk, and has been registered as a customer of such owner or operator for less than seventy-two (72) hours.
LIABILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY OR DELAYED DELIVERY

Zero Hash LLC’s or Zero Hash Liquidity Services LLC’s aggregate liability, including for non-delivery or delayed delivery, is limited to losses resulting solely from the gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud of Zero Hash or Zero Hash Liquidity Services, their affiliates or any of their officers, directors, managers, partners, employees or independent agents or contractors, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel in accordance with the terms of the Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement.

PRICE RISK

The value of any cryptocurrency, including any digital assets pegged to fiat currency, commodities, or any other asset, is not guaranteed and may go to zero at any time and without warning.

File a complaint or request assistance through the Attorney General's website or by contacting the Consumer Assistance Unit at 860-808-5420. You can also find their complaint portal at www.dir.ct.gov/AG/Complaint/ .

TRANSACTION LIMITS

$2,000 aggregate daily limit for each new customer. A “new customer” means a consumer transacting at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in the State of Connecticut who has performed fewer than three virtual currency transactions with the owner or operator of such virtual currency kiosk, and has been registered as a customer of such owner or operator for less than seventy-two (72) hours. A $3,000 aggregate daily transaction limit is applied to all other customers.
FEE LIMITS

The State of Connecticut limits the fees and commissions that may be charged by the cryptocurrency kiosk operator for activity at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in that state to 15% of the amount of the virtual currency transaction.
