| REFUND POLICY The cryptocurrency kiosk operator or owner shall issue a refund to a consumer in the full amount of all transactions paid by the consumer, including, but not limited to, any fees or other charges collected in connection with the transactions, at the time of the transaction. Refunds shall be made in the originating currency. operators shall not charge any fees to issue a refund. |
| Conditions to receive a refund: 1. Have engaged in one or more crypto kiosk transactions that were affected by fraud, whether the transactions were authorized or unauthorized; 2. Notify the crypto kiosk operator of the fraudulent nature of the transaction or transactions within ninety days after the last such transaction occurred or the consumer becoming aware of the fraud; and 3. Within one hundred twenty (120) days after notifying the operator, submit to the operator a police report, government agency report, or sworn statement describing the fraudulent nature of the transaction or transactions. Timing of Refund: The cryptocurrency kiosk operator will provide the full refund no later than 72 hours after all of the conditions are met. Additional details: 1. For all communications relating to refunds, the operator shall provide written notices in English and Spanish, and shall communicate with the consumer in the consumer's preferred language through staff, interpretation services, and/or auxiliary aids and services. |
| LIABILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY OR DELAYED DELIVERY Zero Hash LLC’s or Zero Hash Liquidity Services LLC’s aggregate liability, including for non-delivery or delayed delivery, is limited to losses resulting solely from the gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud of Zero Hash or Zero Hash Liquidity Services, their affiliates or any of their officers, directors, managers, partners, employees or independent agents or contractors, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel in accordance with the terms of the Zero Hash and Zero Hash Liquidity Services User Agreement. |

| TRANSACTION LIMITS Operators shall not accept more than $1,000 in transactions from a user per day. If the operator accepts transactions of $1,000 or more in a 24-hour period (aggregated across all kiosks), the funds must be held for 72 hours before execution, in a statutory trust, non-commingled, for the benefit of the consumer. Consumers may cancel a transaction anytime during the 72-hour hold period. Additionally, the limit shall not exceed $10,000 in any 30-day period across all of the operator's kiosks. |
| FEE LIMITS The State of New York limits the fees and commissions that may be charged by the cryptocurrency kiosk operator for activity at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in that state. The total of all fees, charges, commissions, and the "spread" (difference between price and market value) cannot exceed 3% of the transaction's USD value. |
