zerohash Cryptocurrency Kiosk Consumer Disclosures, Transaction Limitations, and Refund Policies (Listed by State)

zerohash and its cryptocurrency kiosk partner are required in certain states and localities to present the following disclosures to transactors or new or established customers attempting to conduct activity using a cryptocurrency kiosk location in that state or locality.  Some states and localities have placed additional restrictions or limitations on transactions conducted at the kiosks located in those locations.  Some states or localities also have established specific requirements and procedures that must be followed when requesting a refund of certain types of completed transactions.
