(ii) Virtual currency is not backed or insured by the government and accounts and value balances are not subject to protections of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, National Credit Union Administration or Securities Investor Protection Corporation;
(iii) A virtual currency transaction may be deemed to be made when recorded on a public ledger which may not be the date or time when the customer initiates the virtual currency transaction;
(iv) The value of virtual currency may be derived from the continued willingness of market participants to exchange fiat currency for virtual currency which may result in the permanent and total loss of the value of a particular virtual currency if the market for that virtual currency disappears; (v) The volatility and unpredictability of the price of virtual currency relative to fiat currency may result in a significant loss over a short period of time; (vi) A bond maintained by the virtual currency kiosk operator for the benefit of the customers of the virtual currency kiosk operator may not be sufficient to cover all losses incurred by customers; and
(vii) Virtual currency transactions are irreversible and may be used by a person seeking to defraud customers.

RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All transactions are final.

You are responsible for reviewing the provided receipt for accuracy and for notifying zerohash llc of any suspected errors via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction.

REFUND POLICY

The cryptocurrency kiosk operator or owner shall issue a refund for the full amount, inclusive of fees, of all fraudulently induced transactions in which the individual is considered a “new” customer.  In order to receive a refund for a fraudulently induced transaction: 
  1. A new customer shall have been fraudulently induced to engage in the virtual currency transactions, shall have contacted both the virtual currency kiosk operator and a government or law enforcement entity to inform them of the fraudulent nature of the transaction agency within ninety (90) days of the last transaction to occur during the thirty (30) day new customer time period.  
  2. In addition, such customer shall have submitted proof of the fraud incident, such as a police report or sworn declaration detailing the fraudulent nature of the transaction or transactions.
For any customer other than a new customer, the same requirements apply except that the cryptocurrency kiosk operator is only obligated to refund all fees charged in association with the fraudulent transaction.
LIABILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY OR DELAYED DELIVERY
zerohash llc’s or zerohash liquidity services llc’s aggregate liability, including for non-delivery or delayed delivery, is limited to losses resulting solely from the gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud of zerohash or zerohash liquidity services llc, their affiliates or any of their officers, directors, managers, partners, employees or independent agents or contractors, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel in accordance with the terms of the zerohash and zerohash liquidity services User Agreement.

PRICE RISK

The value of any cryptocurrency, including any digital assets pegged to fiat currency, commodities, or any other asset, is not guaranteed and may go to zero at any time and without warning.

TRANSACTION LIMITS
A kiosk operator shall not accept transactions exceeding:
1. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in cash or the equivalent for new customers and Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) for existing customers.
2. Furthermore, new customers are limited to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) total during their first 30 days.

FEE LIMITS

The State of Mississippi limits the fees and commissions that may be charged by the cryptocurrency kiosk operator for activity at a cryptocurrency kiosk physically located in that state to no greater than 15%.
